3. Escrow Service

Our escrow service works as follows:

  • Buyer's payment is held securely until delivery confirmation
  • Seller ships the item to the buyer
  • Buyer confirms receipt and condition of item
  • Payment is released to seller upon confirmation
  • Disputes are handled through our resolution process

4. Seller Responsibilities

As a seller, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate product descriptions and photos
  • Ship items promptly after receiving payment
  • Package items securely to prevent damage
  • Respond to buyer inquiries in a timely manner

5. Buyer Responsibilities

As a buyer, you agree to:

  • Confirm receipt of items within the specified timeframe
  • Report any issues with items promptly
  • Provide accurate shipping information
  • Pay for items as agreed

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • List illegal, counterfeit, or stolen items
  • Engage in fraudulent activities
  • Harass or abuse other users
  • Attempt to bypass our escrow system
  • Use automated systems to access the platform

7. Fees and Payments

JijiEscrow charges a commission on successful sales. Fees are clearly displayed before you complete a transaction. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

JijiEscrow is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed. We provide a platform for transactions but are not party to the actual contract between buyers and sellers.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.
